Electoral Staff Training – SkillWise Electoral Manager

The training of electoral staff throws up some very specific challenges for Electoral Management Boards (EMBs).

To deliver an election that can be shown to be free and fair, it’s vital that the EMB can provide robust evidence to demonstrate that electoral staff were given the knowledge and skills required in order to carry out their roles correctly. This is exactly what SkillWise Electoral Manager was designed to do.

For full time employees, it’s important to provide them with suitable learning pathways, to improve staff retention and so that they can see meaningful career progression.

For full time employees, SkillWise Electoral Manager allows tailored learning paths and training targets to be allocated to individual users. A Supervisor role is provided, to allow the setting of targets and the confirmation of Learners’ completion.
